Nancy Pelosi's spouse is given a jail term for drunk driving
Following his arrest on May 28, Paul Pelosi, the husband of U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, was given a 5-day jail sentence.
His arrest was "based upon a vehicle collision and drunk driving," the Napa County District Attorney's Office stated in a press release.
According to the press release, Judge Solga accepted a plea agreement and "dismissed the second allegation of driving with.08% blood alcohol level or greater causing injury in the interests of justice."
